1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Times

• Major cities: 2–5 working days

• Outlying or rural areas: 5–7 working days
  Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery Fees

• Flat rate: R120 on all orders
  (Custom or oversized items may incur additional costs.)

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

5. Delays

We make every effort to deliver on time, but unforeseen courier or supplier delays may occur.
Adventure Gear and Gifts cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately.
We will assist in investigating and resolving the issue with the courier.
