These Terms govern all purchases made from Adventure Gear and Gifts (Pty) Ltd, whether online or in-store.
By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

All products are sold subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

Update or discontinue items without notice,
Correct pricing or typographical errors, and
Limit quantities per order if necessary.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared.
Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit cards, and approved payment gateways.
Adventure Gear and Gifts reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if the product is unavailable or mispriced.

4. Pricing

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Privacy

Your personal data is protected in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
We never share or sell customer data to third parties.

6. Liability

Adventure Gear and Gifts will not be liable for:

Misuse or incorrect application of products,
Indirect or consequential losses, or
Damage caused by third-party services (e.g., couriers).

You may not copy or reuse any material without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
